Orders & Personalisation
Can I personalise my item?
Yes! Many of our products can be personalised. Simply add your details in the personalisation box before checkout. If you’re unsure, feel free to message us before ordering.
Can I change my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t gone into production yet, we’ll do our best to amend it. Please contact us as soon as possible.
Do you accept returns on personalised items?
As personalised items are made just for you, we’re unable to accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does dispatch take?
Most orders are made and dispatched within 2-3 working days. During busy periods, this may be slightly longer.
Which delivery service do you use?
We use Royal Mail for UK orders. Delivery times vary depending on the service selected at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the UK. If you’re overseas and interested in ordering, please message us.
Products & Care
How are your items made?
All designs are created in-house and professionally printed using high-quality materials to ensure a long-lasting finish.
Will colours look exactly the same as on screen?
We do our best to photograph products accurately, but slight colour variations may occur due to different screen settings.
Where are you based?
Peach & Pine is a small Yorkshire-based business, and every order is carefully packed from our home studio.
